Clipper Contracting was formed by recruitment and accountancy professionals with over 50 years' experience between them. We provide compliant payment solutions for temporary contractors and it is a job we take very seriously. We can take care of all business financial issues, leaving Clipper to do what we do best and allowing the individual to go out and earn the money. Our head office, based in Charmouth in Dorset, is equipped to deal with all day to day enquires from workers, new registrations, new business enquiries and of course, weekly payments. Our multi-lingual back-office staff all have a history of payroll and accountancy before joining Clipper.

Rik King, Director, is based in London where we have a small sales office. He has twelve years' experience in recruitment before helping to create Clipper Contracting having worked for the majority of that time for one of the top FTSE 250 recruitment companies managing offices and regions of temporary recruitment business. Ashley Lyas, Director, also has twelve years in recruitment, six years in his previous company where he built a multi-million pound recruitment team within a top four UK recruitment business. They and their staff know exactly what a client requires from Clipper Contracting due to their experience in the industry. Lastly, Roger Lyas, Financial Director is a fully Chartered Accountant who now devotes his entire time to establishing Clipper as the number 1 payment solution provider in the UK.

Our belief is to provide a high level service to both candidates and clients alike. We are on the PSLs of a number of national recruitment companies and we work very well with small independent recruitment companies who value our commitment to service and our personal touch. We take compliance extremely seriously and go to great lengths to ensure we have verified UTR numbers and correct PAYE codes so that the candidate can enjoy the advantages of working with Clipper from the very first week's payment.

In short, we are big enough to cope and small enough to care. Having experienced working with a number of our now competitors, the owners are determined that we will run a company that brings genuine benefit to our candidates and a hassle-free service to our clients.
