We are committed to making payments and compliance queryless for our recruitment partners.

That's why we're absolutely delighted to announce that we are now SafeRec Certified! Furthermore, we are in a small pool of Umbrella companies who are both SafeRec and FCSA Accredited – spearheading compliance standards.

SafeRec’s platform allows businesses to monitor and manage their suppliers with ease, whilst auditing Umbrella companies in real time.

In order to receive certification, we have been through a thorough process, including a review all of our contracts, processes, policies, company structure and company ownership.

With the software now in place, we are audited in real time on all payments made, and are audited at source directly from Payroll Software.

🚀 All payslips and CIS Statements are individually crossed-referenced with RTI sent to HMRC

🚀 RTIs are cross-referenced with the Umbrella Company HMRC Tax Account

🚀 All of our Umbrella workers receive weekly audit reports

🚀 All of our agencies receive a monthly supply chain report

Once onboarded, an agency will be able to audit our payslips immediately, giving real time peace of mind that the correct processes are already in place. This means that our agency partners and contractors can continue doing what they do best without having to worry about Clipper's compliance.

Together with SafeRec, we’re looking forward to building a recruitment supply chain that's fully compliant, fully trusted, and fully future-proof.

Managing Director Rob Wilks shared: "The Umbrella world has often taken a bad-wrap in years gone by but since our inception, we have strived for Clipper to be whiter than white. We have put compliance at the forefront of our operation; Saferec is another tool to demonstrate our transparency and compliance to our supply chain. Using innovative solutions such as this alongside the upcoming JSL legislation, the umbrella industry will finally be able to shed itself from the bad actors".
